Théo Hennequin

Théo Hennequin is a Brussels-based graphic designer and visual artist with a conceptually driven practice spanning culture, music and sport. He collaborates with institutions, artists, festivals and collectives, from major museums to independent structures, to articulate distinctive positions across print, digital and motion.

His practice is rooted in the circulation of images and forms between swiss rigour, experimental layering and popular cultures, from the football stand to the mountain trail, using the distance between them as a space for inquiry.

The poetry collection *Je vous Promesse Éperdument*: a brown kraft paper cover with the title’s words scattered around an embossed outline; on the right, a double-page spread featuring the first poem, with the lines separated by large spaces between the words

Je vous Promesse Éperdument is a collection of poems written by Sophie Senecaut. Through her words, which interweave the concepts of territory, identity and habitat, the artist’s writing communicates via a linguistic layout. The words become a composition, creating a dialogue between memory, oral tradition and a space for intimate expression.

A sheet containing six illustrations from the collection: the kraft paper cover and five double-page spreads featuring large chapter numbers in italics (4, 6, 8, 9 and 10), with poems featuring irregular line breaks and dialogues in which the characters’ names are underlined
Pages from the collection arranged in a fan-like pattern and overlapping one another: each begins with a large italicised number, from 1 to 8, followed by the opening lines of the poem
